Made in Germany - wide product range - fast deliveries
We are doing business only business to business, and only with companys from the playground sector. We do not deliver our products directly to none playground companies, private persons and end users like schools, kindergardens or cities. If you belong to one of these groups you may take a look at „Resellers“. Here you will find companys where you may buy our products.
Fast deliveries
We are well known for fast delvery at our customers. We own a big stock and so we have the possibility to store large quantities of every item to avoid long delivery time. In many cases we are able to ship the goos at the day of order. In case a product is not in stock we will inform the customer and find a solution.
Premium quality
We produce our products for all day public playground use. We have a focus on quality and long live of the products. As our products are designed for usage on public playgrounds, they are really long lasting.
Most products certificated acc. to EN-1176
All our products are produced according the standard EN-1176. For most of our products we have a certificate to proof the conformity to EN-1176 (TUV certificate). Just ask us.
Employees with special qualifications
Some of our employees are trained year by year to know all changes of the standard. These employees chack all products time by time to guarante the conformity to EN-1176.
Many products made in Germany
All products are produced by our factories in the European Union. A lot of parts are even made in Germany. This is a guarantee for constant quality.
Third-party deals with anonymus delivery
We do not only deliver our products directly to our customers. In deed a large amount of our daily business are third-party deals, that means you send your order and we ship the goods directly to your customer. The invoice will be send to you after the goods have left our stock. That saves transport charges and makes business easier, because we take care of logistics, packaging and transport.
2 year warranty
For all our products we give the regular two year warranty. Normal wearout and vandalism are of course excluded. But also if these 2 years are over and you have a problem with one of our products, contact us! We will find a suitable solution for sure.
Customer friendly, fast and fair complaint handling
Even our products are premium quality made, there may be a complaint or damage. We are well known for a fast and fair complaint handling. At our company the customer is still king. It is our interest to satisfy our customer. In case of a complaint we try to solve the problem as fast as possible without any extra costs or work for our customers.
No minimum order quantity
Even we are a wholesaler, there is no minimum order quantity. We deliver every product up from one piece. It may be better to order some more items to keep the transport costs down, but this is your choice. Also bigger quantities might affect the price, of course.
Preassembly of certain products
Al products will be delivered preassembled as far as possible. Of course without any extra costs! If you order chains and swing seats, we deliver the chains assembled to the seats by request.
